How it works
Drop in a photo, then drag the corners of the box to choose what to keep, or drag inside the box to move it. Pick a shape such as square or 16:9 if you need one. Use the buttons to turn or flip the photo. Save gives you a new file and never changes the original.

Questions people ask
Does it change my original photo?
No. Save makes a new file. Your original is untouched.
How do I crop to a square?
Open the Shape menu and choose Square 1:1. The box becomes a square, and it stays square as you drag a corner. 4:5 and 9:16 are there for common social media shapes.
Will cropping make the photo blurry?
No. The crop is cut from the full-size photo, not from the smaller picture you see on screen, so you keep all the detail inside the box.
What is the difference between saving as JPG and PNG?
JPG makes a smaller file and suits photos. PNG keeps every pixel and any see-through areas, and makes a bigger file.
My photo is sideways. Can I fix it?
Yes. Use Rotate left or Rotate right until it is the right way up, then save.
Can I edit more than one photo?
One photo at a time here. To change a whole batch to the same size, use Resize photo.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. Everything happens inside your browser.
